Work Scope and Key Duties
Indoor Cleaners will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in assigned indoor areas such as offices, accommodation facilities, and workspaces. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times. Workers may also be assigned to support basic maintenance of cleanliness in shared areas and assist in keeping the environment safe and presentable. Following supervisor instructions and maintaining daily cleaning schedules are essential parts of the job.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants should be physically fit, disciplined, and able to perform cleaning duties for long working hours. Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates must be willing to work 10 hours per day and follow assigned cleaning routines. Required documents include valid iqama (expired iqama may also be considered depending on requirements) and all documents must be submitted in color copy format. Reliability, honesty, and consistency are important qualities for this role.
