Work Scope and Key Duties
Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, modifying, inspecting, and dismantling scaffolding structures according to project requirements and safety regulations. Daily responsibilities include assembling scaffold components, securing platforms, installing guardrails, and ensuring structural stability before use. Workers must inspect scaffolding materials for defects, follow approved scaffold designs, and coordinate with supervisors and safety personnel during operations. Compliance with offshore safety procedures and maintaining a hazard-free work environment are essential duties of this role.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants should possess practical experience in scaffolding work within industrial, offshore, or construction environments. A valid TÜV card is mandatory, along with an Aramco Vendor Code. Candidates must understand scaffolding safety standards, fall protection procedures, and scaffold assembly techniques. Physical fitness, teamwork, and the ability to work in offshore conditions are important requirements.
