The recruitment is aimed at supporting room-to-room project activities requiring experienced workers from various construction and maintenance disciplines. Work Scope and Key Duties
Carpenters will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing wooden structures, formwork, fixtures, and other carpentry-related components according to project requirements. Masons will perform block work, brickwork, surface finishing, and related construction activities while ensuring structural accuracy and quality workmanship.
Fabricators will handle metal fabrication activities including cutting, shaping, assembling, and preparing structural or mechanical components according to drawings and specifications. Gypsum Technicians will install gypsum boards, partitions, ceilings, and finishing systems while maintaining proper alignment and quality standards.
Painters will be responsible for surface preparation, painting, coating applications, and finishing activities to ensure professional project presentation and protection of surfaces. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, site preparation, cleaning, and general labor support to ensure smooth workflow across all project activities.
All workers are expected to follow site safety procedures, supervisor instructions, and project quality requirements throughout the duration of the assignment.
Skills, Experience, and Requirements
Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective trades and demonstrate the ability to perform assigned tasks efficiently and safely. Skilled workers must have practical knowledge of industry standards, tools, equipment, and construction methods related to their professions.
