Land Surveyor

A recruitment requirement has been announced for experienced Land Surveyors for the Juyaimah project. This role is essential in construction and industrial development projects where accurate land measurement, mapping, and site layout are required before and during construction activities. Land Surveyors play a key role in ensuring that project structures are built in the correct location, alignment, and elevation according to engineering designs and site specifications.

Key Duties and Job Responsibilities

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys using modern surveying instruments to measure and map land areas accurately. Duties include setting out construction sites, establishing reference points, verifying site boundaries, and assisting engineers in layout preparation. The surveyor must ensure that all measurements are precise and documented properly for project execution. Additional responsibilities include maintaining survey equipment, preparing reports, and coordinating with site engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of project designs.

Required Skills and Technical Expertise

Candidates must have proven experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, and GPS devices is required, as the role includes working with instruments. Applicants should be able to interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate site measurements. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong mathematical ability are essential. Candidates must also be physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and challenging site conditions. Experience in Gulf construction projects will be considered an advantage.
