Mechanical Supervisor Yanbu
Discover Star General Contracting Est. is urgently hiring Mechanical Supervisors for a short-term industrial project in Yanbu. This role is essential in overseeing mechanical installation, maintenance, and site execution activities within a highly time-sensitive 3-week project. The Mechanical Supervisor ensures that all mechanical works are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to engineering specifications. This position requires strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure smooth workflow during the project execution phase.
Key Duties and Job Responsibilities
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for supervising all mechanical activities on-site, including installation, alignment, testing, and inspection of mechanical systems. Duties include coordinating with engineers and technicians, assigning daily tasks to workers, and ensuring that all work is completed according to project drawings and quality standards. The supervisor must also ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, monitor site progress, and resolve any technical or operational issues that arise during execution. Additionally, maintaining proper documentation and reporting project updates to management is a key part of the role.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
Candidates should have proven experience in mechanical supervision within industrial or construction projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, installation procedures, and site coordination is required. Applicants must be able to read and interpret technical drawings and manage workforce activities effectively.
