Role Description & Industry Importance
Rigger III professionals are responsible for lifting, moving, and positioning heavy materials and equipment using cranes, hoists, and rigging tools in industrial project sites. In Aramco projects, riggers play a critical role in ensuring safe lifting operations, preventing accidents, and supporting construction and maintenance activities in high-risk environments. Proper rigging is essential for operational safety, efficiency, and compliance with strict industrial lifting standards.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Riggers will prepare lifting plans, inspect rigging equipment, and ensure safe execution of lifting operations. They will attach loads securely, guide crane operators during lifting, and ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times. Candidates are expected to follow Aramco safety standards, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain strict discipline on-site.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Aramco Rigger III certification and have proven industrial rigging experience. Candidates should be familiar with lifting procedures, safety protocols, and industrial site operations in oil and gas projects. Physical fitness and readiness for immediate mobilization are required.
