PWHT QC Inspector

Key Responsibilities
Selected PWHT QC Inspectors will be responsible for monitoring and inspecting post weld heat treatment activities according to approved procedures and project specifications. Duties include verifying temperature control processes, reviewing welding and heat treatment documentation, and ensuring all operations comply with industrial quality standards. Inspectors must coordinate with welding teams, supervisors, and project management to identify defects or non-compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Additional responsibilities include preparing inspection reports, maintaining quality records, and supporting safe project execution by following industrial safety regulations. Candidates are also expected to ensure that all inspection activities meet CBT approval standards and company quality assurance requirements throughout the project duration.
Skills and Requirements
Applicants must hold valid CBT approval, which is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have strong knowledge of PWHT procedures, welding quality standards, and industrial inspection methods used in oil and gas projects. Previous experience in petrochemical or refinery environments will be highly preferred.
