HYBA General Contracting Est. has announced a very urgent manpower requirement for experienced Insulators, Insulator Cladding Fitters, and Fire Watchers for ongoing industrial projects in Marjan and SADARA. These positions play a crucial role in maintaining safety, efficiency, and operational reliability within large-scale industrial facilities. Insulators and Cladding Fitters are responsible for protecting equipment and pipelines from heat loss, corrosion, and environmental damage, while Fire Watchers ensure safe working conditions during high-risk activities. The company is seeking qualified candidates who can mobilize immediately and meet all project requirements, including mandatory vendor code qualifications where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
Insulators will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining insulation materials on pipes, vessels, tanks, and industrial equipment according to project specifications. Insulator Cladding Fitters will perform metal cladding installation, fabrication, fitting, and finishing work to protect insulation systems from external damage and weather conditions. Fire Watchers will monitor work areas during hot work activities, identify fire hazards, maintain continuous safety surveillance, and respond quickly to emergency situations if required. All candidates must follow project safety regulations, coordinate with supervisors, maintain proper documentation, and ensure that assigned tasks are completed efficiently while complying with company standards.
Skills and Knowledge
