AGC is offering urgent long-term employment opportunities for Safety Officers in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. Safety Officers are essential in industrial and construction projects where strict safety compliance is required to protect workers, equipment, and site operations. In large-scale projects, especially in industrial zones like Jizan, safety professionals play a critical role in implementing safety regulations, preventing workplace accidents, and ensuring that all activities are carried out according to approved HSE standards. This position is suitable for experienced candidates who have strong knowledge of safety systems and are ready for immediate mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

Selected Safety Officers will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with workplace safety regulations at the project site. Duties include conducting daily safety inspections, identifying hazards, and implementing corrective measures to reduce risks. They must monitor ongoing site activities and ensure that all workers follow proper safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment. Safety Officers will also conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to improve awareness among workers. Additionally, they are responsible for preparing safety reports, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with supervisors and project management to ensure smooth and safe operations throughout the project duration.

Skills and Requirements

Applicants must have strong knowledge of industrial safety standards and previous experience working in construction or industrial projects. Candidates should be able to conduct risk assessments, handle safety documentation, and implement HSE procedures effectively. Good communication skills are required to interact with site workers and management teams. Applicants must also possess valid Chamber documentation, Muqeem, medical fitness, insurance, and original passport for verification and processing. Only Indian and Nepali nationals are eligible for this recruitment. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working in high-pressure industrial environments.
