A major urgent recruitment has been announced for multiple Quality Control (QC) positions for long-term industrial projects in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes senior QC management as well as specialized Aramco-approved QC inspectors across various disciplines such as welding, piping, electrical, instrumentation, coating, equipment (static & rotating), and E&I systems. These roles are essential for maintaining strict quality standards in oil & gas and industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco specifications and international quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for overseeing all QC operations, managing inspection teams, and ensuring full compliance with project quality standards and Aramco requirements. This includes reviewing inspection reports, coordinating with project management, and ensuring that all quality procedures are implemented effectively.
QC Inspectors in specialized fields such as welding, piping, coating, electrical, instrumentation, and equipment will be responsible for conducting inspections at various stages of construction and installation. Duties include verifying material quality, monitoring workmanship, performing inspections according to ITPs (Inspection Test Plans), and ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Equipment QC Inspectors (static and rotating) will focus on machinery inspection, alignment checks, and performance verification.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have proven experience in industrial QC inspection roles with valid Aramco approvals relevant to their discipline. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection standards, material specifications, and project documentation is required. Candidates should be familiar with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM, depending on their specialization.
Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and the ability to work in high-pressure project environments are essential. Candidates should also be capable of coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives to ensure quality compliance.
