Key Responsibilities
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining project documents using the ACONEX platform. Duties include receiving, recording, distributing, and archiving technical documents, drawings, reports, and correspondence. The role also involves ensuring proper document version control, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with project departments, and supporting compliance with company document management procedures. Candidates will be expected to handle confidential information professionally and ensure timely document processing throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have previous hands-on experience using ACONEX, which is a mandatory requirement for this position.
