Key Responsibilities
The Lineman will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing overhead electrical power lines while ensuring safe working conditions at height. The Pole Erection Worker will handle the installation of utility poles, including digging, alignment, and securing poles according to engineering specifications. The Stringing Worker will assist in stringing electrical conductors, tightening lines, and supporting line tensioning activities under supervision. All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures, teamwork coordination, and efficient execution of field operations in varying site conditions.
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants should have prior experience in electrical line construction or similar outdoor industrial work. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working at heights and in outdoor environments. Basic knowledge of electrical transmission systems, safety protocols, and hand tools is required.
