The project requires immediate mobilization, making it suitable for experienced QA/QC professionals who are ready to work in offshore industrial environments. Role Overview
The QA/QC team plays a vital role in ensuring that all construction and engineering activities meet project specifications, international standards, and client requirements. The QC Manager oversees the entire quality control system, while QC Supervisors manage discipline-specific inspection teams and ensure compliance across mechanical and E&I works. QC Inspectors are responsible for conducting field inspections, verifying work quality, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to approved procedures. Specialized inspectors such as welding, piping, coating, valve testing, and non-metallic inspectors ensure technical accuracy in their respective domains. Since the project is offshore, strict safety and quality compliance is mandatory at every stage of execution.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing inspections, preparing reports, and ensuring that all project activities comply with QA/QC standards. QC Supervisors will coordinate inspection activities, manage field teams, and support documentation processes. QC Inspectors will conduct visual and technical inspections, monitor construction quality, and report any deviations to supervisors. RTFI personnel will assist in final inspection activities and ensure proper verification before project approval. All staff must strictly follow offshore safety protocols, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth coordination between engineering and construction teams. The principle of “Work Safe, Return Safe” is strictly followed throughout the project.
Skills, Certifications, and Requirements
Applicants must hold IQMS certification along with BOSEIT and H2S certifications, which are mandatory for offshore deployment. An offshore medical fitness certificate is also required before mobilization. Candidates should have relevant industrial experience in their respective QA/QC disciplines, along with strong knowledge of inspection procedures, quality standards, and technical documentation. Experience in offshore or large-scale oil and gas projects will be a significant advantage. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under strict safety regulations are essential for all positions.
