Role Overview
Each position in this recruitment plays a specific role in ensuring smooth project execution and compliance with industrial standards. WPR (Work Permit Receivers) and Safety Officers are responsible for maintaining safe work practices and ensuring all permits and safety procedures are followed correctly. Supervisors and engineers in piping, E&I, coating, and civil departments manage technical execution, coordinate site activities, and ensure quality standards are met. QC inspectors and engineers handle inspection, testing, documentation, and verification of work quality. Specialized roles such as Rigger Level 3, Hydrotest Engineer, and Fab Shop Manager ensure that critical construction and fabrication activities are completed efficiently and safely. Together, all positions contribute to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across the project.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing duties based on their specific roles and technical expertise. Safety Officers and WPR personnel will ensure compliance with Aramco safety regulations and manage permit-to-work systems. QC and engineering staff will conduct inspections, prepare reports, and verify that all work meets project specifications. Supervisors will coordinate manpower, manage site operations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Engineers will provide technical support, solve site issues, and oversee construction or fabrication processes. All employees must follow strict industrial safety standards, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure smooth workflow throughout the Berry Gas Project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields such as engineering, safety, QC, welding, piping, or supervision. Aramco approval is required for specific roles including WPR and Safety Officer positions. Candidates should have strong knowledge of industrial standards, site procedures, inspection methods, and technical documentation. Experience in oil and gas projects will be a major advantage. Good communication skills, leadership ability (for supervisory roles), and attention to detail are essential.
