Safety Supervisor Job

Role Overview
The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in accordance with approved safety procedures and industry regulations. This includes monitoring construction and industrial operations, identifying potential hazards, and enforcing preventive safety measures. The role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees on site. In large-scale Saudi projects, safety supervisors act as key personnel to reduce risks, ensure compliance, and promote a strong safety culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will supervise daily site activities to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, identifying unsafe conditions, and implementing corrective actions. The Safety Supervisor will also conduct toolbox talks, safety training sessions, and awareness programs for workers. Monitoring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring adherence to safety protocols will be a key part of the job. Reporting incidents, preparing safety documentation, and coordinating with project management for risk control are also essential duties.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in safety supervision within Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of industrial safety standards, hazard identification, emergency response procedures, and site inspection techniques is required. Candidates should be familiar with construction and oil & gas project environments. Good communication skills, leadership ability, and strong decision-making skills are essential. Applicants must also meet the requirement that 25/26 serial iqama holders are not accepted. Experience in large-scale industrial projects will be a strong advantage.
