Safety Officer & Safety Supervisor

A leading project in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking experienced safety professionals for the prestigious Al-Massar Project in Makkah. The company is urgently recruiting qualified candidates for Safety Officer and Safety Supervisor positions for a long-term assignment. These roles are designed for professionals with solid experience in construction and industrial safety, particularly those with non-Aramco project backgrounds. Safety professionals are essential in maintaining a secure working environment, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and reducing workplace risks. Primary Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing safety procedures across the project site. Safety Officers will conduct routine inspections, identify potential hazards, prepare safety reports, and ensure compliance with company and project safety regulations. Safety Supervisors will oversee safety teams, coordinate daily safety activities, supervise site safety performance, and provide guidance to workers regarding safe work practices. Both positions require conducting toolbox talks, investigating incidents, maintaining safety records, and ensuring proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). The ability to promote a proactive safety culture and minimize workplace accidents will be a crucial part of these roles.

Skills and Professional Requirements

Applicants must possess between five and ten years of relevant experience in construction or industrial safety. Only candidates with non-Aramco experience will be considered for these positions. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects will be highly advantageous.
