Major Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective positions. Pipe Fabricators will be responsible for fabrication and assembly of piping systems as per project specifications. Piping Foremen and Supervisors will oversee workforce activities, monitor productivity, and ensure work quality on site. Project, Equipment, and Material Coordinators will manage project resources, maintain records, and ensure smooth operational flow. Aramco WPR personnel will supervise permit activities and ensure compliance with safety procedures. Standbymen and Safety Supervisors will monitor site safety, identify hazards, and enforce safety regulations. Document Controllers will maintain project records and ensure proper documentation management throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should possess relevant experience in their respective fields, preferably in industrial or oil and gas projects. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Candidates applying for supervisory and coordination roles should have leadership and organizational abilities. Safety-related positions require sound knowledge of safety regulations and risk management practices. A valid Vendor Code and Chamber Certificate are mandatory for all applicants. In addition, candidates must have an iqama with a minimum validity of three months.
