Key Responsibilities

Rigger I, II, and III will be responsible for performing lifting operations using proper rigging techniques, ensuring safe handling of heavy equipment and materials. They will inspect lifting gear, follow lifting plans, and coordinate with crane operators. Flagmen will assist in directing site traffic and guiding equipment movement to ensure safety and smooth operations. All roles require strict adherence to safety procedures and effective communication with site teams.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant experience in rigging or construction site operations. Riggers should be familiar with lifting equipment, load calculations, and safety standards. Flagmen must have good awareness of site safety and signaling practices. Applicants must have valid documentation including Ajeer registration, Chamber, and Muqeem.
