Key Duties and Responsibilities

A Spray Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying protective and decorative coatings using spray painting equipment. The role involves cleaning and preparing surfaces before painting, selecting appropriate paint materials, and ensuring that coatings are applied evenly according to project specifications. Candidates must inspect completed work for quality, maintain painting tools and equipment, and follow all workplace safety procedures. Additionally, Spray Painters are expected to coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Essential Skills and Experience

Applicants should have proven experience in industrial or construction spray painting and must possess strong knowledge of mixing all types of paints.
