Core Duties and Responsibilities

Employees hired under these Rental Basis Jobs will be responsible for performing assigned tasks efficiently while following company rules and site safety procedures. Labor workers will assist with general site operations, material handling, cleaning, and supporting skilled teams in completing project activities. Safety Office personnel must monitor workplace safety standards, conduct inspections, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with SEC regulations. They will also guide workers regarding safety procedures, the proper use of personal protective equipment, and accident prevention measures. All employees are expected to maintain discipline, report to duty on time, and cooperate with supervisors to ensure uninterrupted project progress.
