Key Responsibilities

Selected Helpers will be responsible for assisting skilled tradesmen and supervisors in daily site activities. Duties include loading and unloading materials, transporting tools and equipment, cleaning work areas, and supporting general construction tasks as assigned. Workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain discipline on-site, and ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Adherence to company safety standards and workplace regulations is mandatory throughout the project duration.
