Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting day-to-day site operations, safety control, and work permit coordination across active project areas. The Site Coordinator will manage communication between teams and help organize manpower and work schedules. The Work Permit Receiver will control permit-to-work processes and confirm that hazards and approvals are properly checked before high-risk activities begin. Safety Officers will inspect site conditions, identify hazards, and promote safe working practices. Flagmen will guide vehicle and equipment movement in restricted areas, while Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work operations such as welding and cutting to help prevent fire-related risks. All roles require teamwork, alertness, and strict adherence to project safety standards.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Candidates should have relevant industrial or construction experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects. Site Coordinators should have strong communication and organizational skills. WPR candidates should understand permit systems, hazard control, and industrial safety procedures. Safety Officers are expected to have safety knowledge and relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA.
