Blue Construction Company (BCC) is urgently hiring Safety Officers for an ongoing industrial project in Jubail. This role is focused on maintaining health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at construction and industrial worksites. The position requires experienced safety professionals who can ensure compliance with site regulations and support safe execution of project activities under direct mobilization conditions.
Key Responsibilities
The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring site activities to ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures. Duties include conducting safety inspections, identifying workplace hazards, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The role also involves conducting toolbox talks, preparing safety reports, and coordinating with site supervisors to maintain a safe working environment. Preventing accidents and ensuring adherence to project safety standards are key responsibilities.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have relevant experience as a Safety Officer in industrial or construction environments and must hold the same profession under Iqama. Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and hazard control is required. Applicants must have valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months validity), original passport (mandatory), CR copy, agreement documents, and valid insurance. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to enforce safety compliance are essential.
