Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

The selected Work Permit Receivers will be responsible for coordinating permit-to-work activities, obtaining work approvals, communicating with operations and safety teams, and ensuring that all assigned work complies with project requirements. Daily duties include reviewing work permits, verifying worksite readiness, maintaining documentation, coordinating with supervisors, and supporting safe project execution. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and strict adherence to workplace safety regulations.

Required Skills, Experience and Professional Qualifications

Applicants must be Aramco Approved WPRs and possess a valid KGP Issue Card, which is mandatory for this position. Candidates should have experience in industrial projects and a strong understanding of permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, and site coordination activities. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced project environments are essential. A valid Vendor Code and supporting documents are also required.
