Description

An urgent shutdown recruitment drive has been announced for MAADEN, Petrokemya, and APPC projects in Saudi Arabia. These roles are part of critical industrial maintenance and turnaround operations where safety, coordination, and technical expertise are essential. The hiring includes Permit Receivers, Standby Men, and Pipe Fitters to support large-scale shutdown activities in petrochemical and mining facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Permit Receivers will manage and verify work permits, ensuring all safety requirements are met before job execution in hazardous shutdown environments. Standby Men will monitor ongoing activities, remain alert for emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety procedures during high-risk operations. Pipe Fitters will perform installation, alignment, and maintenance of piping systems during shutdown maintenance work, following technical drawings and safety standards. All roles require strict coordination with safety and engineering teams.

Skills and Knowledge

Candidates must have relevant industrial shutdown experience. Pipe Fitters should be skilled in pipe installation, cutting, and alignment. Permit Receivers must understand permit-to-work systems and industrial safety procedures. Standby Men should be alert and trained in emergency response support. Required documents include valid Iqama, Muqeem (minimum 3 months), passport, medical fitness, CR copy, insurance, and agreement. Ajeer registration is mandatory for MAADEN projects, while insurance compliance is required for Petrokemya.
