Safety management roles are critical in 2026 due to the expansion of large-scale oil & gas and industrial projects, where strict compliance with Aramco safety standards is mandatory.
A Safety Manager plays a key leadership role in ensuring that all site activities follow approved safety procedures, minimizing risks, and maintaining compliance with industrial regulations across high-risk operational environments.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all site safety operations for the project. Duties include developing and implementing safety policies, supervising safety officers, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with Aramco safety standards, and coordinating with project management teams. The Safety Manager will also oversee incident prevention strategies, monitor workplace hazards, and ensure continuous improvement of safety performance across the project site.
