Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will perform duties according to their assigned positions while following company procedures and industrial safety regulations. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, and general site activities. Piping Foremen will supervise piping installation, coordinate work crews, and ensure project quality and safety compliance. Masons will perform brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and other masonry-related tasks according to project specifications. Millwrights will install, maintain, align, and repair industrial machinery and rotating equipment. Structural Foremen will supervise structural steel installation, coordinate manpower, monitor project progress, and maintain quality standards. All employees are expected to work professionally, follow safety requirements, and contribute to the timely completion of assigned projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction experience related to their respective positions. Supervisory roles require leadership skills and previous experience managing project teams, while skilled trade positions require practical knowledge of their respective disciplines. Candidates must submit the original and color copies of their Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, Medical Report, Insurance, and GOSI documents. Certain Helper and Mason positions also require a valid Ajeer registration and Vendor Code.
