Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage work permits, verify safety requirements, and coordinate with supervisors before work begins. Grinder Men will prepare metal surfaces, perform grinding and finishing work, inspect tools before use, and ensure all tasks meet quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, equipment movement, and general site support to ensure smooth project operations. All employees are expected to maintain a safe working environment, follow supervisor instructions, and complete assigned duties efficiently and professionally.
