Key Responsibilities
A 4G Welder is responsible for performing vertical overhead welding on structural steel, piping systems, and industrial equipment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Daily responsibilities include interpreting welding drawings, preparing metal surfaces, selecting the correct welding procedures, inspecting weld quality, and ensuring that completed work complies with project specifications. Welders are expected to use welding equipment safely, maintain tools in good condition, and follow all company safety policies. They must also cooperate with supervisors, inspectors, and other team members to complete assigned tasks on schedule while minimizing defects and maintaining productivity throughout the project.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
