Fire Watch & Helper Project Hiring
A large manpower recruitment requirement has been announced for Fire Watch (English Speaking) and Helper for Aramco Plant positions in Saudi Arabia. Fire Watch and helper positions are highly important in 2026 due to ongoing maintenance, shutdown, and operational activities in oil & gas and industrial plants across the Kingdom. These roles ensure safety during high-risk activities and support smooth plant operations.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for supporting industrial plant operations under strict safety guidelines. Fire Watch personnel will monitor hot work activities such as welding and cutting, ensure fire hazards are prevented, and maintain continuous observation of high-risk zones. English communication skills are required for coordination and reporting.
Helpers will assist skilled workers and operational teams inside Aramco plant environments. Duties include material handling, site support activities, assisting technicians, and maintaining general worksite cleanliness and operational readiness.
Both roles require strict adherence to industrial safety standards and plant operating procedures.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants applying for Fire Watch positions must have prior plant experience and should be able to understand safety instructions and communicate in English. Helpers should have basic industrial site experience and be physically fit for plant operations.
All candidates must possess valid Saudi work documents and meet mandatory compliance requirements such as vendor registration or Ajeer approval.
