Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The selected employees will perform responsibilities according to their respective positions. The Safety Officer (ARAMCO) will supervise workplace safety, conduct site inspections, identify hazards, implement safety procedures, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with ARAMCO and company safety standards. Fabricators will read technical drawings, fabricate and assemble metal components, perform fitting work, and maintain quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers by handling materials, loading and unloading equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting daily construction activities. Labourers will perform general site duties, assist project teams, and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely and efficiently while following company procedures.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Applicants for the Safety Officer position must have more than six years of relevant experience, preferably on ARAMCO projects, along with strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Candidates applying for the Fabricator, Helper, and Labour positions should have relevant experience in industrial or construction projects.
