Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Daily duties include transporting employees to and from project sites according to scheduled routes, conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking brakes, lights, tires, fuel levels, and other essential vehicle systems before each journey. Drivers must maintain cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle and immediately report any mechanical defects or maintenance requirements to the appropriate department.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring passenger safety during boarding and disembarking, maintaining accurate trip records, following assigned schedules, and complying with all transportation regulations. The Bus Driver must demonstrate courteous behavior, maintain professional communication with passengers and supervisors, and ensure that all transportation services are provided efficiently and safely. Candidates are also expected to respond appropriately to emergency situations and cooperate fully with management to maintain uninterrupted transportation services throughout the project.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
