This role is suitable for candidates with basic construction site experience or manpower support background. Helpers play an important role in supporting skilled workers and ensuring smooth daily operations at construction sites by assisting with materials, cleaning, and general labor tasks.

Core Responsibilities

General Helpers are responsible for supporting site workers in daily construction activities. Duties include carrying and shifting materials, cleaning work areas, assisting skilled tradesmen, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly arranged. Workers must follow supervisor instructions, maintain safety standards, and help maintain an organized and productive work environment. The role requires discipline, physical strength, and the ability to work in demanding site conditions.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have basic knowledge of construction site work and the ability to follow instructions effectively. No advanced technical skills are required, but prior experience in labor or construction assistance will be an advantage. Candidates must be physically fit, punctual, and ready to work long-term on industrial or construction projects.
