Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their respective trades while maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety. Duct Fitters will install and assemble ducting systems according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Insulators will install insulation materials on pipes, ducts, and industrial equipment to improve energy efficiency and safety. Electricians will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will manage work permits and ensure compliance with site safety procedures before work begins. E&I Foremen, Ducting Foremen, and Insulator Foremen will supervise work crews, coordinate daily activities, ensure quality workmanship, monitor project progress, and maintain compliance with safety regulations throughout the project.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
