Rigger Level 1 – Non-Aramco
ATLAS AL KHAIR GENERAL CONTRACTING EST is currently hiring Rigger Level 1 (TUV Certified) for a long-term industrial project in Al Jubail. This position is critical in construction and plant operations where lifting and rigging activities are performed daily. Riggers ensure the safe movement of heavy materials using cranes and lifting equipment. Their role directly impacts site safety and efficiency, making it one of the most important positions in industrial projects. Key Responsibilities
The Rigger Level 1 will be responsible for preparing and securing loads for lifting, selecting appropriate rigging equipment, and guiding crane operators during operations. The role involves inspecting slings, shackles, and lifting tools to ensure safety compliance. Riggers must follow standard hand signals, communicate clearly with operators, and ensure that all lifting activities are carried out without risk. Maintaining site safety, preventing accidents, and supporting supervisors in executing lifting plans are essential parts of the job. Since the project is long-term, consistency and discipline in daily tasks are required.
Skills and Knowledge
Candidates must have a valid TUV certification for Rigger Level 1 and a minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or construction environments. Knowledge of rigging techniques, load calculations, and safety procedures is essential. Applicants should be physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions.
