HYBA General Contracting Est. has announced urgent requirements for multiple industrial positions for a mid-term project in Saudi Arabia. The hiring covers major industrial work locations including Maaden, Offshore, Marjan, and the Eastern Province (EP), which are all key sectors in Saudi Arabia’s oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial construction industries in 2026.
These roles are important for maintaining fabrication quality, safe lifting operations, offshore site safety, corrosion-related cladding work, and material control within project operations. Skilled workers with relevant industrial experience are highly valued because these projects require strong safety compliance, technical accuracy, and efficient project execution.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will be responsible for performing trade-specific industrial work based on their assigned category and project location. Multi Welders will carry out carbon steel and stainless steel welding tasks according to project specifications and chamber requirements. Scaffolders will support safe scaffold erection, dismantling, and offshore site access operations while following strict lifting and work-at-height safety procedures. Cladders will perform cladding-related work for industrial surfaces and structures, while Material Controllers will manage material tracking, coordination, and site inventory support in the Eastern Province project environment. All candidates are expected to work professionally, follow industrial safety standards, and support smooth site operations throughout the project duration.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant industrial experience in welding, scaffolding, cladding, or material control depending on the position applied for. Scaffolders must have offshore experience, and a vendor is mandatory for this category. TUV certification is required for scaffolders, while Multi Welders should have relevant chamber-related documentation. Candidates should also be physically fit, capable of working in demanding industrial environments, and familiar with project safety procedures.
