Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while maintaining company safety and quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, housekeeping, loading and unloading, and general site support. Carpenters will construct, assemble, repair, and install wooden structures, formwork, and related materials according to project drawings. Steel Fixers will cut, bend, tie, and install reinforcing steel bars based on engineering specifications and ensure reinforcement work meets project quality requirements. All employees are expected to follow site safety procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should have relevant experience in the position they are applying for and be familiar with construction site operations. Carpenters and Steel Fixers should be able to read basic drawings and use trade-specific tools safely. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting daily site activities. Candidates must demonstrate good teamwork, discipline, and a commitment to workplace safety. A Valid Iqama, Passport, Muqeem, and Medical Report are required before joining the project.
