Key Responsibilities
Employees will perform responsibilities according to their assigned positions while supporting safe and productive project operations. Flagmen will direct vehicle and equipment movement, manage traffic flow, and ensure the safety of workers and machinery in active work zones. Permit Receivers will coordinate permit-to-work activities, verify site conditions, communicate with operations teams, and ensure work is performed under approved permits. Rigger Level III personnel will inspect lifting equipment, prepare rigging arrangements, guide crane operators, and carry out safe lifting operations. Standby Men will remain present during high-risk activities, monitor work areas, assist emergency response teams when required, and ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.
