This urgent recruitment is for a large-scale long-term construction project based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The requirement includes multiple skilled, semi-skilled, and safety-related positions to support ongoing industrial and infrastructure development activities. The project involves high manpower deployment where safety, technical expertise, and workforce coordination are essential for successful execution.

The roles are suitable for candidates with construction and industrial site experience, especially those familiar with Gulf project environments. Immediate hiring is in progress, and selected candidates will be deployed based on skill level and project requirements.

Work Responsibilities and Job Duties

Safety Officers will be responsible for monitoring site safety, conducting inspections, enforcing safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across the project site.

Work Permit Receivers (WPR Non-Aramco) will manage permit-to-work systems, ensuring all tasks are properly authorized before execution and safety protocols are followed.

Riggers (Level 1, 2 & 3) will handle lifting operations, rigging activities, and safe movement of heavy materials using proper tools and equipment.

Pipe Fitters will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining piping systems according to technical drawings. Carpenters will perform formwork and structure-related woodwork tasks. Steel Fixers will handle reinforcement bar placement and structural steel work. Masons will carry out blockwork, plastering, and construction finishing tasks. Labour/Helpers will support all site activities including material handling and general assistance.

Skills and Professional Requirements

Safety Officers must hold NEBOSH certification and have strong knowledge of industrial safety standards. Riggers and WPR candidates must have valid TUV certification and practical site experience.

Pipe Fitters, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, and Masons should have relevant construction experience and ability to read and execute site instructions. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of supporting general construction tasks.

All candidates must be disciplined, physically fit, and capable of working in demanding site conditions. Gulf experience will be considered an advantage.
