Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned trade while supporting the successful execution of the construction project. Rigger Level III personnel will inspect lifting equipment, select suitable rigging gear, guide crane operators, secure loads, and ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and efficiently. They will also monitor lifting operations and comply with site safety procedures at all times. C2 Welders will prepare materials, perform high-quality welding on structural and piping components, inspect completed welds, and maintain equipment in good working condition. Both positions require strict adherence to project specifications, company policies, and workplace safety regulations. Employees must work effectively with supervisors, engineers, and fellow team members while maintaining productivity, quality, and professional conduct throughout the project.
Skills and Knowledge
Applicants should possess practical experience in industrial construction projects and demonstrate the technical abilities required for their respective positions. Rigger Level III candidates should have at least four years of relevant experience along with knowledge of safe lifting practices, rigging equipment, load calculations, and signaling procedures. C2 Welders should have proven welding experience and the ability to produce quality welds that meet project standards. A valid Iqama and TÜV certification are required for application.
