Rigger-3, Safety Officer & Helper
A confidential company has announced urgent hiring for multiple industrial positions on a contract basis for projects in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The company is recruiting experienced and entry-level workers for rigging, safety supervision, and helper roles to support ongoing industrial and construction operations.
Industrial manpower demand continues to grow in Saudi Arabia in 2026 due to expanding oil & gas, infrastructure, refinery, and construction projects. Skilled riggers, safety officers, and general helpers remain essential for maintaining safe operations, supporting project execution, and ensuring workforce productivity.
Main Responsibilities and Operational Duties
Selected candidates will perform duties according to their assigned category and project requirements. Rigger-3 TUV personnel will support heavy lifting operations, crane coordination, rigging preparation, and safe material handling activities following industrial lifting standards. Safety Officers will monitor workplace safety conditions, conduct inspections, identify operational hazards, and ensure compliance with industrial safety procedures. Helpers will assist skilled workers, support daily site operations, handle material movement, and maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure smooth project workflow.
All candidates are expected to follow company safety regulations and maintain professional work standards throughout project operations.
Required Skills and Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant industrial or construction field experience according to the position applied for. Rigger candidates must possess valid TUV certification and knowledge of lifting operations. Safety Officers should understand industrial safety practices and hazard control procedures. Helpers should be physically fit and capable of working in industrial project environments.
Experience in refinery, oil & gas, infrastructure, or construction projects will be an advantage.
