HSE Manager, WPR, HSE Engineer

An HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental management systems on industrial and construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and industry regulations while promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. HSE Managers lead safety initiatives, conduct risk assessments, oversee incident investigations, and ensure that every operation follows approved safety procedures. Key Responsibilities

The HSE Manager supervises all health, safety, and environmental activities across the project site. Daily responsibilities include developing safety plans, conducting inspections and audits, organizing safety meetings, monitoring compliance with Aramco standards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions. The manager also coordinates with project teams, provides safety training, reviews risk assessments, and ensures that all personnel comply with company and client safety requirements. Maintaining accurate documentation and promoting a strong safety culture are essential aspects of this role.

Skills and Knowledge

Applicants should possess extensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, risk management, and industrial safety practices. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential. Candidates applying for the HSE Manager position must have at least 10 years of relevant experience and be Aramco approved. HSE Engineer applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of experience, while Work Permit Receiver candidates must hold Aramco approval. A valid Iqama, Vendor Code, valid Muqeem with more than three months’ validity, and Chamber documents are mandatory for all applicants.
