Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Carpenters will be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures, formwork, partitions, and other construction components according to engineering drawings. Steel Fixers will prepare, cut, bend, and install reinforcement steel bars for concrete structures while ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality standards. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, site cleaning, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily construction activities. All employees are expected to follow company safety procedures, work efficiently as part of a team, maintain productivity, and ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks within project deadlines.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have previous experience in their respective trades on construction, infrastructure, industrial, or civil engineering projects. Carpenters should be skilled in reading drawings, measuring, cutting, and assembling wooden structures. Steel Fixers must have experience interpreting reinforcement drawings and placing steel accurately before concrete work. Helpers should be physically fit, hardworking, and capable of assisting multiple trades on-site. Candidates must demonstrate good teamwork, discipline, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
