Key Responsibilities Across All Positions
Fabricators will fabricate and assemble structural and piping components according to engineering drawings and project specifications. Pipe Fitters will install, align, and maintain piping systems while ensuring accurate measurements and quality workmanship. Helpers will support skilled workers by handling materials, preparing work areas, and assisting with daily site activities. Multi Welders (CS/SS) will perform high-quality carbon steel and stainless steel welding while ensuring compliance with approved welding procedures. Fire Watch / Stand By Men will monitor hot work activities, identify fire hazards, ensure emergency equipment is available, and respond quickly to any unsafe conditions. Safety Officers will enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations, conduct inspections, perform risk assessments, and promote a safe working environment. Electricians will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment. Work Permit Receivers (WPR) will coordinate permit-to-work activities, verify work permits, conduct site inspections, and ensure all operations comply with company safety standards.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades on industrial, refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects. Fabricators, Pipe Fitters, Welders, and Electricians should possess strong technical skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings. Safety Officers and Fire Watch personnel should have excellent knowledge of industrial safety procedures and emergency response protocols. Work Permit Receivers should have experience managing permit-to-work systems and coordinating with operations and safety teams. Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, communication skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. A valid AJEER Certificate is mandatory for all applicants.
