Key Responsibilities for All Positions
Structural Welders will perform welding work using the 2G and 3G welding positions, read technical drawings, prepare metal components, inspect weld quality, and follow all safety procedures on site. Scaffolders with TUV certification will assemble, modify, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures while ensuring full compliance with workplace safety standards and project requirements. Fabricators will measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install metal components according to engineering drawings while maintaining quality workmanship throughout the project. Helpers will assist skilled workers with material handling, equipment preparation, housekeeping, loading and unloading materials, and supporting daily site operations. Every employee is expected to work safely, cooperate with supervisors, and maintain productivity throughout the project.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Professional Knowledge
Applicants should have relevant experience in their respective trades and be physically fit to work in an industrial environment. Structural Welders should have practical knowledge of 2G and 3G welding techniques and be able to produce quality welds according to project specifications. Scaffolders must possess a valid TUV Scaffolding Certificate and understand safe scaffolding procedures. Fabricators should be experienced in reading fabrication drawings, measuring materials accurately, and operating fabrication tools. Helpers should be hardworking, disciplined, and willing to assist skilled workers with various site activities. All candidates must possess valid Saudi work documents and submit the required documents during the recruitment process.
