Key Responsibilities of the Helper Position
Helpers will assist skilled workers with daily construction and industrial site activities. Their responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, arranging tools and equipment, cleaning and organizing work areas, transporting materials within the project site, and assisting technicians and supervisors in completing assigned tasks. Helpers are expected to follow workplace safety procedures, maintain discipline, work efficiently with team members, and ensure all assigned duties are completed according to project requirements. A positive attitude, physical fitness, and willingness to learn are important qualities for this role.
Required Skills, Qualifications & Professional Knowledge
Applicants should be physically fit and capable of performing manual work in an industrial environment. Previous construction or industrial experience is an advantage but is not mandatory. Candidates must possess a valid Iqama and all required Saudi work documents. All documents should remain valid throughout the employment period. Workers should be punctual, responsible, able to follow supervisor instructions, and committed to maintaining workplace safety standards while working on the project.
