Roles and Key Responsibilities
The Aramco Crane Operator is responsible for operating the Tadano GR-500EX crane in accordance with approved lifting plans, manufacturer guidelines, and Aramco safety regulations. Daily duties include conducting pre-operation equipment inspections, verifying load capacities, positioning the crane safely, lifting and moving heavy equipment, communicating effectively with riggers and signalmen, and ensuring that all lifting operations are performed without incident. The operator must maintain operational records, report equipment defects promptly, comply with project safety procedures, and participate in toolbox meetings. Maintaining full concentration, following lifting instructions, and ensuring safe crane operations at all times are essential responsibilities of this role.
