SALWA CONTRACTING COMPANY has announced a very urgent recruitment for experienced Rigger Level 1, Rigger Level 2, and Rigger Level 3 professionals for a project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for certified riggers looking to work on an industrial project with the possibility of extending their contract based on project requirements. Riggers are responsible for planning, preparing, and executing safe lifting operations by coordinating with crane operators and site supervisors. Their expertise ensures that heavy equipment and construction materials are moved safely while complying with workplace safety standards. Candidates who have the required experience and are available for immediate mobilization are encouraged to submit their CVs without delay.
Primary Responsibilities
The selected riggers will be responsible for inspecting lifting equipment, selecting the appropriate rigging gear, and preparing loads for safe lifting operations. They will communicate with crane operators using approved hand signals, ensure that lifting plans are followed correctly, and monitor all lifting activities to prevent accidents. Additional responsibilities include inspecting slings, shackles, hooks, and other lifting accessories before use, reporting damaged equipment, maintaining lifting records, and ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and project regulations. Working closely with supervisors and other site personnel to complete lifting tasks safely and efficiently will be an essential part of the role.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have relevant experience according to the level they are applying for and possess sound knowledge of lifting operations, rigging equipment, and workplace safety procedures.
