HVAC, QA/QC, Permit Receiver & Mechanical Jobs in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia’s industrial, manufacturing, and maintenance sector continues to generate demand for experienced technical professionals and reliable site-support workers. A new urgent recruitment drive by ERCON Group, dated 19 August 2026, is offering multiple vacancies for HVAC professionals, Helpers, QA/QC personnel, Permit Receivers, and Mechanical/Piping Supervisors. The requirements cover both a long-term Ma’aden project and a non-Aramco project, giving qualified candidates several opportunities to consider.
Current Technical & Industrial Hiring Opportunity
The first requirement is for a long-term Ma’aden project, where ERCON Group is seeking HVAC Foremen, HVAC Technician Grade A workers, and HVAC Electro Technicians. A separate opening is available for Helpers, with company-provided accommodation and transportation. The company has also announced vacancies for a non-Aramco project, including Piping & Welding QA/QC, Permit Receivers, and Mechanical/Piping Supervisors. Candidates should carefully match their experience and documents with the relevant position before contacting the recruitment team.
Roles and Responsibilities
HVAC Foremen are responsible for supervising HVAC teams, coordinating daily activities, monitoring installation and maintenance work, and ensuring that tasks are completed according to project requirements. HVAC Technician Grade A workers handle technical HVAC activities, while HVAC Electro Technicians may work on electrical aspects connected with HVAC systems, equipment, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Helpers provide general site assistance to skilled workers and supervisors. Their duties may include moving materials, preparing work areas, supporting technicians, maintaining housekeeping, and performing other assigned tasks. For the non-Aramco project, Piping & Welding QA/QC personnel are responsible for monitoring workmanship, inspection activities, documentation, and quality requirements. Permit Receivers coordinate controlled work activities and help ensure that work crews follow applicable permit conditions. Mechanical/Piping Supervisors oversee site teams, coordinate piping and mechanical work, and monitor daily progress.
Skills, Experience & Eligibility
Applicants should have relevant practical experience for the position they are applying for. HVAC candidates should have suitable technical knowledge, while supervisory applicants should be capable of managing workers and coordinating site activities. QA/QC candidates should understand piping and welding inspection procedures, and Permit Receiver applicants must meet the stated Iqama trade requirement, which should be Supervisor or above.
The recruitment announcements specify different document requirements for each project. Candidates for the Ma’aden requirement should prepare Chamber, Ajeer, Passport, and Ma’aden Medical documents. Helper applicants require Chamber, Ajeer, and Passport. Candidates for the non-Aramco project should prepare Chamber, Hadeed/Sabic Medical, and Passport. Applicants should bring their CV and passport to the office as instructed and verify all documents before attending.
