Core Job Responsibilities

The Welding Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for monitoring welding activities on site, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, inspecting weld quality, and verifying adherence to project specifications and Aramco standards. They will also maintain detailed inspection records and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

HSE Supervisors will oversee site-wide safety systems, conduct risk assessments, implement safety procedures, and ensure compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations. They will also lead safety audits and supervise emergency preparedness systems.

HSE Officers will support the safety management team by monitoring daily site operations, identifying hazards, ensuring worker compliance with safety rules, and reporting incidents. They will also assist in conducting toolbox talks and safety awareness programs. All roles require strict discipline, attention to detail, and active participation in maintaining a safe working environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have relevant experience in their respective fields, preferably within oil & gas, refinery, or large infrastructure projects. Aramco approval is mandatory for both HSE Supervisor and HSE Officer positions. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of international safety standards and inspection procedures.

Additional certifications such as OSHA and IOSH (or equivalent) are required, particularly for safety-related roles. Welding QC Inspectors must have strong expertise in welding inspection techniques, material standards, and quality assurance processes.

All candidates must demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and capability to handle documentation and reporting tasks accurately. Familiarity with Saudi project documentation systems such as Iqama, Muqeem, CR, and insurance requirements is also necessary.
